By accessing or using these psychic, clairvoyant services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the services.
Spiritual medium Maxine Carter offers psychic and clairvoyant services,
by law Maxine Carter must state these services are for entertainment purposes only.
The services provided are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Maxine Carter does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided during the sessions. Maxine Carter reserves the right to cancel any appointment, at any time, if and when guided to do so by her Spirit team.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to use the psychic, clairvoyant services.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following any advice or insights received during sessions. Spiritual medium Maxine Carter is not liable for any consequences resulting from the client's choices.
All information shared during psychic, clairvoyant sessions may be broadcast on social media platforms should the client purchase a ‘Live’ reading. If the client would rather have a private reading then they should contact spiritual medium Maxine Carter before purchasing. Maxine Carter will not disclose personal details to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law. However, clients acknowledge that Maxine Carter cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality over electronic communication.
Clients agree to pay the specified fees for the psychic, clairvoyant services provided by spiritual medium Maxine Carter.
Maxine Carter does not charge to speak to spirit, payment is made for her time spent on each session.
All appointments require a 50% deposit, all deposits and outstanding amounts can be paid with cash, PayPal, or debit/credit card. Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
In the event of technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of a session, Maxine Carter may offer a rescheduled session, or a refund at her discretion.
A 48 hour notice is required to change, or cancel your psychic, clairvoyant reading appointment with spiritual medium Maxine Carter.
If 48 hours notice has not been given then a non refundable deposit will be taken.
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions.
Any form of abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be prohibited from using spiritual medium Maxine Carter's psychic, clairvoyant services in the future.
All content, including but not limited to text, images, and audio, from psychic, clairvoyant services provided by spiritual medium Maxine Carter
on the Website is the intellectual property of SHE HAS RISEN®.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or display such content without Maxine Carter's written consent.
Spiritual medium Maxine Carter is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the psychic, clairvoyant services. Clients use the services at their own risk.
Spiritual medium Maxine Carter reserves the right to modify, or amend these terms and conditions for psychic ,clairvoyant services at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951].
Any disputes arising from the use of spiritual medium Maxine Carter's psychic, clairvoyant services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Island.
